Perhaps, this is a sister of a woman depicted in a related image, or it is a near duplicate - these portraits are parts of a large series of other portraits c. 1567, among which is a family with severe hirsutism - the upward slant of eyelid (palpebral) fissures of the eyes is obvious - perhaps exaggerated by the artist.
