Zeno (of Citium 335-264 BC not to be confused with Zeno of Elea, c.490- c.430)

Zeno divided Philosophy into logic, physics and ethics.
He defined "Pathos" as what is repugnant to logic and ethics thus nature. 
Zeno stressed that goodness and peace of mind arises from living a life of virtue in accordance with nature.
Being old he felt it was time to die and decided to strangle himself.
