Theodosius Dobzhansky is a biologist, geneticist and philosopher that achieved world-wide respect. "The pervasiveness of genetic variation provides the biologic foundation of human individuality", and I would add, a basis for human dignity and liberty (W. Wertelecki).
Many of the elaborations of Dobzhansky are inspired or have roots in those of his mentor Vladimir I. Vernadsky.
